Unique digital wellness events curated for your group, from Zoom to living room.
Private events for parents, caregivers, and teams.
Whether you’re gathering your friend group for a parent night, training the home staff or grandparents in your kids’ orbit, or bringing your dance studio, camp, or after-school staff up to speed on digital wellness best practices, these events meet you where you are. Built on the material I developed as co-founder of DopaMind, a portion of every booking is donated back to support the nonprofit. These are private, in-home or virtual sessions, tailored to what your group needs right now.
In these live virtual or in-person events, we will:
☑ Break down the brain science behind why technology is so hard to put down
☑ Cover the digital wellness topics your group is actually dealing with, by age or context
☑ Walk through real, practical strategies for setting boundaries or policies
☑ Leave you with tools you can use immediately, not just information

While it’s not required, it’s highly recommended. My job will be to bring everyone up to speed on the research and science, and then help set the foundation for tech rules and boundaries in your home. If you attend, it makes this process much smoother and ensures the rules are guided by you.
-
These events are more educational and involve about an hour of instruction. I’ll touch on some troubleshooting aspects in the Q&A, but if you’re looking for more hands-on guidance, you'll want to look at my coaching options.
-
While I will give you the basics and best practices, if you want help with actual policy, we’ll need to devote time to this separately through 1:1 consulting.
-
The brain science and digital wellness principles apply across childhood and adolescence, so I tailor the examples and strategies to the ages in your specific group, whether that’s toddlers or teens.

These sessions are built on the curriculum I developed as co-founder of DopaMind. A portion of every event goes back to DopaMind, so booking with me also supports the nonprofit’s work in schools.
